Our golf rooms: The ballesteros
The Ballesteros: A Brick and Timber Golf Studio
The design is simple and elegant. The internals are opulent.
With a pitched roof and large windows which gives you a feel of being outdoors.
The building is just under 30m2 and also has a gym.
Enjoy 365 living with this fully insulated air conditioned luxury space.
The Ballesteros: Built to your specifications
We have built the 'Ballesteros' into our customers gardens by digging down, giving the covert hidden design and an external ground height of only 2m2 (the building is 3m2 internally).
The building featured can be made to measure. To date our customers have had between 25m2 and 65m2.

Not only will we calibrate your golf sim room to pro standards, but will make the internals suitable for other activities making your golf room it a home from home.

The Nicklaus: Brick Built Golf Studio
Hever Group collaborated with their architects to design and build a brick golf studio which, as in our Sevenoaks build, can be dug into your garden, providing a covert building which is only 2m above ground though it has the benefits of having a 3.2m height internally.
The building featured has an area 55m2. Though this can be built at any size. This studio has a 'Tardis' like feel and appears very large inside. The roominess comes from the large 3.2m internal height and the fact it is one room.
You can add a bathroom and mini kitchen. Our customers use this space for guests, parties and cinema rooms.

With the price of timber at the moment brick has become a viable option and the price isn't that far apart.
